What are you doing to prevent concerns about Avian Flu?Updated 4 months ago

Our products are all cooked and do not carry the same risks as raw (including freeze dried raw like the other Portland, OR based company who had to recall one product) does when it comes to Avian Flu. Cooking poultry to an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C) destroys the virus, making the food safe to consume, which our cooking method does. All products are tested prior to being available for consumers and our suppliers are held to a strict code of conduct.
