The best by date on a sealed pouch is the date recommended for optimal freshness, but our treats are still safe to use for up to an additional 18 months beyond that date. Once opened, we recommend using up the treats within 60 days to maintain freshness. As long as the zip lock on the bag is resealed after opening, they should last quite a while before going stale! Our biscuits are intentionally baked to have an extremely low moisture content so that they can last as long as they do.
