Amazon sends our products from multiple warehouses where they maintain their own inventory. Once our product arrives at an Amazon warehouse, we have no insight into or control over that inventory. Similarly, they are fully responsible for packing and shipping all orders placed through Amazon. 

If you have not already, please consider reaching out to Amazon's customer support team to address any issues that may have occurred with an order placed through their site.
